We specialize in Pilates and out-patient physical therapy for men and women, including manual therapy, individualized therapeutic exercise, pelvic health, dance specific physical therapy, athletic conditioning, dry needling and more.  Our caring, positive professionals work as a team to tailor private sessions to meet each client’s individual needs. Our 50-minute appointments ensure ample time to address each client’s symptoms, functional limitations and movement goals. P3 is an education center for physical therapy specialized training (manual therapy, dry needling, dance medicine, pelvic health) and is an official Host Training Center® for Pilates education courses and workshops in the STOTT PILATES® method.
