Michele earned her doctorate degree in physical therapy from Army-Baylor University in 2015. She started her career as an active-duty Army physical therapist and served for 8 years. Her clinical experience in and out of the army spans hospital, out-patient orthopedic, and pelvic health settings. Michele is a board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedics and is trained in pelvic health through the Herman and Wallace Institute. In 2020, she became certified as a yoga instructor through LYT yoga, an anatomy-based yoga practice.

Michele has been a lifelong competitive athlete and found her interest in physical therapy while recovering from injuries herself. She is passionate about working with endurance athletes return to the activities they love.  Michele is also experienced in working with a variety of pelvic health conditions, with time spent working in a specialized pelvic health clinic. She is educated in trauma informed care and is dedicated to creating a comfortable environment for all patients.

Michele competed as a division 1 varsity rower at the University of Dayton and continues to row competitively. She enjoys running, yoga, swimming, hiking, and reading in her free time as well. She made the move to Nashville in 2020 and is loving living in central Tennessee.
