The P3 Difference

P3 offers a private, boutique-style health care and fitness
experience which is truly unique in Nashville, Tennessee.

Since 2013, P3 was one of the pioneers of combining out-patient physical

therapy and Pilates together under one business concept,

and we continue to offer these amazing services to women and men of all ages. Our specialties include manual therapy, individualized therapeutic exercise, pelvic health, dance specific physical therapy, athletic conditioning, plyometric jump training, running assessments, dry needling and more.  The entire team truly cares for our clientele and strives to ensure that each experience at P3 is exceptional.

All physical therapy appointments are individualized to ensure ample time to address the client’s symptoms, functional limitations and movement goals.

We offer small group Pilates classes with a maximum of 5-attendees, but most sessions are completed on a private or duet basis.  P3 is an education center for pelvic health courses, dry needling and manual therapy certifications, as well as offers Pilates education.
