Elizabeth grew up in Columbia, TN, and is very excited to return to Middle Tennessee to continue pursuing her passion of physical therapy and dance medicine. She graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham in 2013. Prior to PT school, she received her bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Samford University and gained experience as a certified athletic trainer working with middle school and high school athletes.
Elizabeth has completed her advanced credentialing in manual therapy and holds a certification as an orthopedic specialist from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. She is certified in trigger point dry needling and has completed a Dance Medicine Certification through Westside Dance Physical Therapy in New York City. Elizabeth has had the opportunity to work alongside The Broadway Theatre League and served as the primary physical therapist for Huntsville Ballet.
Elizabeth was a dancer for 15 years, as well as a cross country runner in high school and still remains active in the running and dance communities. She and her husband, Brian, enjoy hiking, exploring their new city, and playing with their two dogs. She is excited to be a part of the P3 team!
